The process of obtaining a VDA 6.3 Process Auditor certificate:
There are a number of requirements that need to be met if you want to qualify as a VDA 6.3 (version 2023) Process Auditor. For more information, please click here to know more.
Meanwhile, students who register for the VDA 6.3 exam need to fulfill the following requirements:
a copy of your certificate of qualification of the training “VDA 6.3 – Qualification as Process Auditor” or a copy of your certificate of qualification of the training “VDA 6.3 – Upgrade Training
a copy of your auditor qualification on the basis of DIN EN ISO 19011(e.g. VDA Auditor、IATF16949 internal auditor or ISO9001 internal auditor from other training organization, at least 3 days training)
proof of at least 5 years industrial experience including at least 2 years quality management
Proof of knowledge of the Automotive Core Tools (ID 415:2022 or ID 417) or two-day training from another provider (since 2019) Plus Automotive Core Tools Quiz(RMB 400/person) from VDA QMC
If you do not have training certificate of Core Tools or you did not pass the online quiz, you must attend the ID 417 or ID 415 -Core Tools training and pass the knowledge test which hold by VDA QMC China.
After successful examination (interview) we will issue a VDA 6.3 (2023) certification which is valid worldwide database.

(Certificate of certified Auditor after passed ID 382 examination)
Examination Fee: RMB 3500/person
VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Qualification Renewal Process:
Documents to be provided for VDA 6.3 Extension:
1. excel "VDA6.3 Extension Application Registration Form" application form to fill out
2. word "VDA 6.3 (2023) version of the extension application form (new) - audit experience" fill in the company stamped scanning
3. need to provide VDA6.3 (2022 version upgrade training ID333) training certificate
4. VDA 6.3 certificate scanned (within 1 month of expiration, the expiration date can not exceed 3 months)
